The game

Death Wish is a free arcade motorcycle game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not resell it, charge others for access to it, or redistribute it as your own.

It is a game, not a driving lesson

Death Wish is fiction. Riding between lanes, passing at speed, jumping ramps and landing on vehicles are things that kill people in reality. Nothing in this game is instruction, encouragement or advice to ride or drive dangerously. Obey the law and ride within your limits.

Fair play

The global leaderboard only means anything if the scores are real. You agree not to modify the game, tamper with submitted runs, automate play, or use any method of posting a score that is not simply playing. We may remove scores or block accounts that do, at our discretion.

Your rider name is public on the leaderboard. Keep it civil. We may change or remove names that are abusive, hateful, impersonate someone, or are otherwise unpleasant to look at.

Your account

The game creates an anonymous guest account on first launch so scores can be ranked. It is tied to your device rather than to you, so deleting the app or losing the device can mean losing access to it. See the privacy policy for what it holds.

Advertising

The game is free because it shows ads, served by Google AdMob. What that means for your data is set out in the privacy policy. Subscribing to the Game Pass removes the ads.

Game Pass subscription

The Game Pass is an auto-renewing weekly subscription that removes advertising from the game. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically every week unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for the coming week.
• You can manage or cancel it after purchase in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Cancelling stops the next charge. The pass stays active until the end of the week you have already paid for.

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. If you were charged in error, contact Apple Support, and tell us as well so we can help chase it.

Availability

We do our best to keep the game and the leaderboard running, but we do not promise they will always be available, error free, or preserved forever. Features may change or be removed, and the game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, including lost scores or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, in particular the fair play section.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and the updated version is published here. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
